OUR DATA COLLECTION PROCESS
Our data collection process uses advanced mining software to ensure accuracy and efficiency. First, we weigh the trucks when they are empty to establish the empty vehicle weight (EVW). After that, we take a reference scan of the empty truck to capture its baseline volume. Next, we weigh the trucks when fully loaded to record the gross vehicle weight (GVW). Following this, the trucks are scanned while loaded to gather detailed data on the volume and distribution of materials. If carry-back is a concern, we also scan the trucks after unloading to detect any leftover material that might affect future loads.
All the collected data is processed using our mining software and displayed through our EYE-ANALYSE platform. This platform integrates real-time data from Fleet Management Systems (FMS) to enhance the accuracy of results. The system can connect through various methods, including manual uploads, cloud storage, APIs, SQL databases, and local networks (LAN).
The mining software instantly generates detailed reports. These include 3D scans and real-time measurements such as volume, speed, angle of repose, freeboards, and truck dimensions. By using our comprehensive mining software, companies gain clear, actionable insights to improve fleet performance, optimise operations, and boost productivity across their mining projects.
