EYE-WEIGH
World's toughest mine industry scale
The WEIGH scale is a modularly designed weighing system, that enables the collection of accurate data through an onsite Load + Haul weighing process. Providing "Point-In-Time or Real-Time" weight analysis.
The System can be operated in either a static or dynamic mode.
For Static weighing (i.e., stopping each axle on the weighing system) the system is capable of providing accuracies of +/-0.05%.
For Dynamic weighing (i.e., a mine truck travelling over the scale at up to 12km/h without stopping), the system is capable of providing accuracies of +/- 0.5%.

CONTROLLER
Due to the mine operation and setup, plus the diverse environments offered at different mine sites, EYE-WEIGH often designs its controller to meet the local environment.
The EYE-WEIGH system features either a touch screen PC controller mounted in a Pelican weatherproof case, a Rittal Enclosure or a 19” rack mount with standard PC loaded with custom software to accurately measure the load on each wheel either statically or in-motion up to a speed of approx. 12km/h.
Total truck weight is derived from the summation of the individual wheel and axle loads.
SOFTWARE
The EYE-WEIGH Controller incorporates our WEIGH mining Truck Software package. After each axle is weighted all data is transferred to our EYE-ANALYSE platform.
The integrated software captures full traceability of each truck weighed recording time and date stamped to each individual unit and delivered through to our EYE-ANALYSE platform for full analytics and report visualisation.
The system can be operated in either a static or dynamic mode.
For Static weighing (i.e., stopping each axle on the weighing system) the system is capable of providing accuracies of +/-0.05%.
For Dynamic weighing (i.e., a mine truck travelling over the scale at up to 12km/h without stopping!) the system is capable of providing accuracies of +/- 0.5%.
LOAD SENSORS
ACCURACY
Accuracies of ±0.05% in static mode and ±0.5% in dynamic (in-motion) mode approx. are achievable dependent upon site conditions and operator.
CALIBRATION
Each WEIGH system is factory calibrated prior to shipment. Additionally, we offer an optional in-field portable calibration test press unit, which can be used at site by local service personnel.
