EYE-SCAN
EYE-SCAN is a non-contact mining Haul Truck Volume Scanning System used to measure loads of bulk loose material and payload weight in real time.
The EYE-SCAN system is designed to scan the payload weight and volumetric loads of mining haul trucks in real time. This system works in dynamic mode, with a scan head positioned above the truck. As a mining haul truck drives through the scanning area, it enters the field of view of the laser scanners, which take thousands of distance measurements every second. These measurements help create an accurate profile of the load and calculate the payload weight of the truck.
The EYE-SCAN system provides fast, real-time feedback, allowing for quick analysis of the payload weight and volume. With its advanced software, EYE-SCAN processes the data rapidly, making sure that the measurements are accurate and up-to-date.
